The Pie+Tart Cafe at 349 Northampton St, Easton PA is a warm and inviting space

full of nostalgia and low fi vibes.

It is a space for catching up with a friend, grabbing a family sized meat pie on your way home for easy dinner or perhaps an elegant dessert tart for your party host. It is a place to enjoy a comforting, sweet slice with an espresso to get over the 3pm hump. A place to grab warm quiche, an Aussie sausage roll or a hand pie for brekkie on the move. Or, feel free to settle into our lounge area for a slower, more relaxed 'couple of lattes and a book' type of morning. There is a kids kitchen area for play. There is a communal table to play board games or to dine with a group. There is a pie related kitchenware and books space for home pie bakers.

All are welcome.

Lisa and Anne are the Easton Pie Ladies and you are invited

to stop in and say G'day at the new

Pie+Tart Cafe.

WHAT DO WE HAVE?

We bake daily and have a rotating selection of sweet and savory items, individual savory pies such as Aussie meat pies, Sausage or Chick pea rolls, Chicken pot pies and the flakiest of melty, cheesy Hand pies.

We have a regular rotating list of sweet whole pies and slices - seasonal fruit pies, key lime pie and a variety of tart slices- we happen to LOVE Almond Frangipane.

We bake and sell weekly Quiche in meat and veggie varieties- whole and by the slice.

We have a retail freezer full of 9" Savory pies,  9" Sweet pies, 8" Tarts for dessert

as well a couple of  Gluten free options.

We grind local, Mauch Chunk beans and brew them into some EXCELLENT espresso beverages . We serve organic loose leaf teas , a couple of specialty iced drinks,  milkshakes using Bank Street Creamery scoops, and we have a retail cooler

of interesting drinks to choose from.

To REALLY know what we have...

it's best to come see for yourself.

"It could be argued that there is an element of entertainment in every pie, as every pie is inherently a surprise by virtue of its crust."
